Problem:
This issue involves the "Auto-Scrolling" feature of Domino Web Access/Mozilla.
The issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# SHEZ5X6L6K and has been
addressed in Domino Web Access 6.5.4.

SPR# SHEZ5X6L6K - Fixed a slowness problem which occurred when scrolling
through a large number of folders.
Steps to Reproduce:
================
0. Prepare the Linux environment with Mozilla 1.3.1 or 1.4.1 as the browser
for Domino Web Access.
1. Create a mail file with the Notes Client and replace the template design
for iNotes6.ntf.
2. Create more than 30 folders (has been reproduced also with over 60 folders).
3. Access the mail file via Domino Web Access with the Mozilla Browser 1.3.1
on Linux.
4. Attempt to scroll folders, clicking in the little white arrows up or down
slowly.
